The website for a historical society in Melbourne's south-east was designed by a relative of a serving Committee member. The website has not been updated with events and other important information for over six years. As well, the Society's email address is no longer valid and the public are unable to make contact via email.
Solution: We would recommend an optional review of the website to ensure it is still relevant to the Society's needs as it hasn't been updated for many years. Our recommendation would be to purchase a new easy to remember domain name. We can also handle emails sent to the Society and forward these to the Secretary or other contact person as advised.
